It means the disparity in earnings between men and women.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine you are working diligently, side by side with a male colleague. Both of you perform the same job and share the same responsibilities. But yet you receive a lower wage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many women still encounter this situation.
